About the event
Why do we visit Churches on Holy Thursday?
St. Philip Neri began the specific pilgrimage of walking to the 7 basilicas of Rome - 4 major and 3 minor— in Holy Week during the night, mirroring the Passion of Jesus.
As Jesus left the Last Supper and went to the Garden to pray, we're invited to also walk with Him and to enter into the garden to pray with Him.
Like Philip Neri and many other saints we want to unite ourselves to our Lord in this night as He begins His passion.
All young adult women are welcome to join us visiting Jesus in churches around the diocese. We will start at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Convent after Holy Thursday Mass (9:00pm) and stop by other parishes around to visit Jesus (Nativity of Mary, St. John the Baptist in Savage, Our Lady of Grace, among others).
